Session Fee

The Session fee is payable at the time of booking and secures your slot. The Session Fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

Studio Session

Your Studio Session will last up to 2 hours. You must arrive on time for your session. Extra time cannot be provided if you are late and your session begins late as a result. Sessions are booked back to back and the next session will be due to start.

I provide props and outfits for Newborn sessions and props only for Sit & Giggle and Cake Smash sessions. For Cake Smash sessions a giant cupcake can be provided on request for an additional £15.00.

Your Viewing and Ordering Appointment

Your viewing appointment will be scheduled at your Studio Session. It will be scheduled for within 14 days following your Studio Session and will take place at the Studio. During extremely busy periods your viewing appointment may be slightly later than 14 days after your studio session. You must arrive on time for your viewing Appointment. The appointment will last up to 1 hour.

During the appointment you will view your images and choose which package you wish to purchase. You will have a viewing gallery of approximately 30 images in which to choose from.

Payment for products

At your viewing appointment you will choose and order your products. Payment in full for your chosen package is required at the appointment by cash or bank transfer. Products are ordered following payment in full. Your products will be available for collection from the Studio within a few weeks of your Ordering appointment. Exact dates cannot be given. As soon as your products arrive in the Studio I will call you and schedule a time for you to come and collect them. Your products cannot be delivered to your home and must be collected.

If you choose to purchase a digital image only package with 15 or less images they will be sent to you via digital download following payment. If you choose a digital package which includes 30 images your images will be provided on a USB which you will be able to take home on the day of your viewing appointment following payment.

Display

Unless you request otherwise I am free to display any photographs taken on the following; website, portfolio, literature, social media, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows.

Images

I will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye. All images are professionally post processed and I will never release unedited work.

All images will be adjusted for skin blemishes, exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. Judgement regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the client for preview shall be deemed correct.

Liability

I will have no liability in the event of photos being lost due to equipment malfunction. I will hold no liability in the event that the content and/or presentation of the images are not satisfactory to the taste of third parties.

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are to be booked online via the Mini session booking app. Payment in full at the time of booking is required and will secure your slot. Refunds will not be given if you chose to cancel your session or you fail to attend for your session. If you wish to re-schedule you must give at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given and you wish to reschedule your appointment a re-booking fee of £30.00 will apply.

You must arrive on time for your session. If you are late time will not be made up as sessions are scheduled back to back.

Following your session I will pick and edit the best images from your session. Your images will available to download from a private online viewing gallery 7 days after your Studio Session. You will not have a gallery of images to choose from. If your package includes 3 images you will receive 3 images only and you will not have a gallery of for example 10 images in which to choose your chosen 3 from.

Digital Images

All digital images will become the responsibility of the client following receipt of the USB if digital images are included in your package. I will not store your digital images for more than 14 days following your ordering appointment.

Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise remain the property of Rachael Arnold Photography.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel a session at any time by giving notice but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. If you are sick, please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. If 24 hours’ notice is not given or client is a no show, then a re-booking fee of £65.00 will be charged if you wish to re-book. If the event is cancelled by Rachael Arnold Photography due to illness, injury or other cause beyond the control of the parties, any deposit paid will be returned to the client.

Packages

The packages and products on offer are subject to change at any time. If you are unhappy with your products for any reason you must raise your concerns within 7 days of receiving your products.
